The Cooper Fund is a 501 (c)(3) that supports the financial burden that comes along with international adoption. The Cooper Fund is an amazing partner of RODS Heroes, who inspires families to answer the call to adopt children with Down syndrome and other unique circumstances.

We are proud to announce that 100% of proceeds to the Cooper Fund will be used solely for families that are seeking grants to assist with their international adoption and becoming a forever family to a child in need.
